iPhone SE 4: Design and Display Upgrades

The iPhone SE 4 is expected to launch with major changes compared to the previous generation SE models. The latest SE is said to have a notch and Face ID on a 6.06-inch OLED display, mimicking the iPhone 14. Additionally, Apple is likely to replace the Lightning port with USB-C. While the iPhone 14 features a dual-camera setup, the SE 4 will stick to a single-lens camera to maintain affordability. However, its rear chassis might incorporate design elements from the iPhone 16.

iPhone SE 4: Camera Upgrades

The iPhone SE 4 is rumoured to feature a 48MP primary sensor, a significant jump from the 12MP camera available in the current SE model. This upgrade could improve low-light performance, colour accuracy, and overall image quality.

iPhone SE 4: Performance

Apple is expected to equip the iPhone SE 4 with the A18 chipset, the same powerful processor used in the iPhone 16. This will not only boost performance but also allow the device to support Apple Intelligence features. Additionally, the phone is likely to feature 8GB of RAM, which is the minimum requirement for AI-based tasks and multitasking.

For connectivity, the iPhone SE 4 might be Apple’s first device to feature an in-house 5G modem, reducing reliance on Qualcomm. This could lead to better network performance and improved battery efficiency.

iPhone SE 4: Battery Life and Charging

Like the iPhone 14, the iPhone SE 4 is likely to have a 3279 mAh battery that gives more run times than its predecessor. Paired with the effectiveness of the A18 chip, all-day run on one charge is possible.

Trump explains why he couldn’t find anyone ‘smarter’ than Musk to lead DOGE

0

US President Donald Trump revealed details on getting Tesla CEO Elon Musk to lead the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), a newly established panel aimed at reducing government expenditure. Accompanied by Musk, Trump told Fox News that they had “looked for somebody smarter” for the role than the Tesla CEO.

Trump made the revelation while discussing his reasoning for bringing the world’s richest man into his administration as its top cost-cutting figure. “He’s good… I wanted to find somebody smarter than him. I searched all over. I just couldn’t do it. I couldn’t find anyone smarter, right? So, we had to, for the country, settle on this guy,” Trump told Fox News.

Musk, in response, smiled and said, “Well, thanks for having me.”

This interview marked the first time Musk and Trump appeared together on a major television network since the latter’s return to the White House last month.

Rosenberg: How Putin and Trump shook up the world in a week

0

When he penned his eyewitness account of the 1917 Russian Revolution, American journalist John Reed famously titled it Ten Days That Shook The World. But 10 days is too long for Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin. They’ve shaken things up in a week.

It began with the Putin-Trump telephone conversation on 12 February and their presidential pledges to kickstart relations.

It continued with the Munich Security Conference and a schism between Europe and America.

Next stop Saudi Arabia for the Russia-US talks: the first high-level in-person contacts between the two countries since the Kremlin’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

It is a week that has upended traditional alliances, left Europe and Ukraine scrambling to respond, raised fears for European security and put Russia where it wants to be: at the top table of global politics, without having made any concessions to get there.
