ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰਪੁਰ, 4 ਮਾਰਚ (ਨਿਊਜ਼ ਹੰਟ)- ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਅਪਨੀਤ ਰਿਆਤ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 7 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿਚ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਇੰਦਰਧਨੁਸ਼ 4.0 ਤਹਿਤ ਦੋ ਸਾਲ ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਗਰਭਵਤੀ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਟੀਕਾਕਰਨ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ 13 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੱਕ ਚੱਲੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 7 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਪੜਾਅ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਲੋਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਕਰ ਲਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਗਰਭਵਤੀ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਟੀਕਾਕਰਨ ਕਰਾਉਣਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ। ਟੀਕਾਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਬੀਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 13 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੱਕ ਚੱਲਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਟੀਕਾਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਪੜਾਅ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਟੀਕਾਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਵਾਂਝੇ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਗਰਭਵਤੀ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਥਾਵਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਟੀਕਾਕਰਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੂਜਾ ਪੜਾਅ 4 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਅਤੇ ਤੀਜਾ ਪੜਾਅ 4 ਮਈ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਗਰਭਵਤੀ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦੋ ਸਾਲ ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਟੀਕਾਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਂਝੇ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਉਕਤ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਟੀਕਾਕਰਨ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ।

Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal announces more than ₹100 crore investments for the Ayush Healthcare sector in Nagaland
New Delhi 5 March (News Hunt)- The Union Minister of Ayush and Ports, Shipping and Waterways Shri Sarbananda Sonowal announced a major investment of more than ₹100 crores to develop the Ayush Healthcare sector in the state of Nagaland. One 30 bedded Ayush hospital and three 10 bedded hospitals along with one Ayurvedic college will be developed in the state with the allocated funds.
An integrated Ayush Hospital was also inaugurated by the Union Minister at Razha Chedema in Kohima earlier today. The 30 bedded Ayush hospitals will be developed at Kihpire while the 10 bedded Ayush hospitals will be developed, one each at Mokokchung, at Nagaland University in Dimapur & Wokha. In order to give the higher education in Ayush a fillip in the region, the Union Minister announced the setting up of a state-of-the-art Ayurvedic college at Longleng. The cost of this college is estimated at ₹ 70 crores.
Speaking on the occasion, the Shri Sonowal said, that the Northeast has an immense potential to become the hub in the Ayush sector. He said that with our rich traditional knowledge base in folk medicine & the bounty of flora, we can provide health & wellness solutions for the people of India as well as our neighbouring countries. “This will give us economic strength and our community will be blessed with a healing touch to treat human illness” he further added.
The Minister further informed that the Ministry has taken a step towards the development of Ayush with an investment of Rs 172 crore in Nagaland and Mizoram. He said that ten new Ayush hospitals and one Ayurvedic college would be set up in these two states.
Talking about the steps taken to preserve & conserve the folk medicine in the region, the Union Ayush Minister said, “In order to learn & leverage the folk medicine, the Ayush ministry is conducting a multicentric research project to critically appraise and validate Local Health Traditions (LHT), Oral health Traditions (OHT) and Ethno Medicinal Practices (EMP) among ethnic communities of the Northeast.”

जलंधर, 4 मार्च (न्यूज़ हंट)- 10 मार्च को होने वाली मतगणना को उचित ढंग से पूर्ण करने के लिए आज यहाँ ज़िला प्रशास्निक कंपलैक्स में काऊटिंग स्टाफ को वोटों की गिनती के लिए अपनाई जाने वाली सारी प्रक्रिया के बारे जानकारी देने के लिए विस्तारपूर्वक प्रशिक्षण दिया गया।
प्रशिक्षण सैशन की अध्यक्षता करते हुए डिप्टी कमिशनर-कम -ज़िला चुनाव अधिकारी घनश्याम थोरी ने बताया कि वोटों की गिनती के लिए सभी ज़रुरी प्रबंध यकीनी बनाए गए हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि सरकारी मैरीटोरियस स्कूल, सरकारी आर्टस और स्पोर्टस कालेज और दफ़्तर, डायरैक्टर लैँड रिकार्ड में गिनती केंद्र स्थापित किये गए हैं। कोविड -19 महामारी के मद्देनज़र इस बार प्रतेक विधान सभा हलके लिए दो गिनती हाल बनाऐ गए हैं और गिनती केंद्र में 7-7 (कुल 14) संख्या टेबल लगाए जाएंगे, जिन पर काऊंटिंग सुपरवाइज़र, काऊंटिंग असिस्टेंट और माईक्रो अबज़रवर तैनात होंगे। इस के इलावा इलैकट्रानिकली ट्रांसमिटिड पोस्टल बैलट सिसटम (ई.टी.पी.बी.ऐस.) और पोस्टल बैलट पेपरों की गिनती के लिए भी व्यापक प्रबंध किये गए हैं।
उनहोंने यह भी बताया कि चुनाव कमिशन के निर्देशों अनुसार उम्मीदवार या उन के काऊंटिंग एजेंटों समेत किसी को भी गिनती केन्द्रों के अंदर मोबाइल फ़ोन लेकर जाने की इजाज़त नहीं होगी। एक राउंड की ग पूर्ण होने के बाद ही दूसरे राउंड की गिनती शुरू होगी और सभी राउंड की जानकारी चुनाव कमीशन की वैबसाईट पर अपडोल की जायेगी।
इस दौरान ज़िला स्तरीय मास्टर ट्रेनरों की तरफ से पावर पुआइंट प्रजैंटेशन के द्वारा काऊटिंग स्टाफ को वोटों की गिनती वाले दिन इलेक्ट्रानिक वोटिंग मशीनों (ई.वी.ऐम) और वी.वी.पैट मशीनों को गिनती केन्द्रों में लाने, ई.वी.ऐमज़ से गिनती करने की सारी प्रक्रिया, राउंड वाइज़ नतीजा घोषित करने, सारी प्रक्रिया की वीडियो रिकार्डिंग करवाने समेत अन्य अहम जानकारी मुहैया करवाई गई। काऊटिंग स्टाफ को इस मौके एनकोर काऊंटिंग मोडीऊल सम्बन्धित विस्तार से प्रशिक्षण देने के इलावा ई.टी.पी.बी.ऐस. की प्रक्रिया सम्बन्धित डराई रन भी करवाया गया।
इस अवसर पर अतिरिक्त डिप्टी कमिशनर (ज) अमरजीत बैंस, समूह रिटर्निंग अफ़सर, सहायक रिटर्निंग अफ़सर चुनाव तहसीदार सुखदेव सिंह, चुनाव कानून्नगो राकेश कुमार और तकनीकी टीमों के मैंबर मौजूद थे।
उपरांत भारत चुनाव कमीशन की तरफ से करवाए आनलाइन डाऊट कलियरिंग सैशन में डिप्टी कमिशनर घनश्याम थोरी का नेतृत्व में ज़िले के समूचे 9 विधान सभा हलकों के रिटर्निंग अफ़सरों और सहायक रिटर्निंग अफ़सरों ने हिस्सा लिया।
DC ASKS CALAs TO SPPED UP DISTRIBUTION OF AWARD COMPENSATION, POSSESION OF LAND ACQUIRED UNDER HIGHWAY PROJECTS
JALANDHAR, MARCH 4 (News Hunt)- Further giving impetus to ongoing highway projects in Jalandhar district, Deputy Commissioner Ghanshyam Thori today directed different Competent Authorities for Land Acquisition (CALAs) to speed up distribution of award compensation, issuing of pending notifications under section 3D and taking possesion of land where awards have already been distributed to land owners.
Presiding over a meeting with CALAs and officials of National Highway Authority of India, the DC reviewed progress on highway projects including Amritsar-Bathinda section of Amritsar Jamnagar Economic Corridor, Delhi-Katra expressway phase-1, Development of 6L (Greenfield) Jalandhar Bypass, Kahlwan to Kang Sahbu, and four laining of Jalandhar-Hoshiarpur National Highway-70. He catagorically mentioned that any kind of delay in meeting deadlines in above said projects would be highly unwarranted as their completion would facilitate thousands of people.
He asked the CALAs to ensure distribution of award Compensation to land owners whose land have been acquired under these projects while accelerating issuing of notification under section 3D immideatly where land has to be acquired. In cases, where compensation has been distributed, possesion of land to be taken from owners and the same to be handed over to NHAI.
On the occasion SDM-2 Balbir Raj, SDM Nakodar Poonam Singh, Project Directors NHAI Harmesh Mittal, Santosh Arya, and others were present.
प्रशासन की तरफ से प्राईवेट स्कूलों को 15 -18 वर्ष आयु वर्ग के सभी योग्य विद्यार्थियों का समय पर टीकाकरण यकीनी बनाने के निर्देश
जालंधर, 4 मार्च (न्यूज़ हंट)- 15- 18 साल आयु वर्ग के सभी योग्य विद्यार्थियों का टीकाकरण यकीनी बनाने के लिए ज़िला प्रशासन जालंधर ने आज सभी प्राईवेट शैक्षिक संस्थानो को अपने विद्यार्थियों के टीकाकरण की स्थिति सम्बन्धित अंडरटेकिंग जमा करवाने के आदेश दिए।
आज यहाँ ज़िला प्रशासकीय कंपलैक्स में 98 प्राईवेट स्कूलों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ बैठक की अध्यक्षता करते हुए अतिरिक्त डिप्टी कमिशनर (शहरी विकास) आशिका जैन और सहायक कमिशनर (यू.टी.) ओजस्वी अलंकार ने कहा कि कोई भी योग्य विद्यार्थी टीकाकरण से नहीं रहना चाहिए और टीकाकरण में विद्यार्थियों को सहायता प्रदान करना सम्बन्धित स्कूल का कर्तव्य है। उन्होंने स्कूलों को यह भी कहा कि जिन विद्यार्थियों का अभी तक टीकाकरण नहीं किया गया है, उनको अपना टीकाकरण करवाने के लिए फ़ोन किये जाएँ जिससे ज़िले में इस वर्ग का सौ प्रतिशत टीकाकरण यकीनी बनाया जा सके।
अतिरिक्त डिप्टी कमिशनर और सहायक कमिशनर ने आगे कहा कि स्कूल अपने विद्यार्थियों के टीकाकरण की स्थिति के बारे में सर्टिफिकेट ज़रूर जमा करवाए , जिससे इसको डाटाबेस में अपडेट किया जा सके ,क्योंकि हाल ही में बड़ी संख्या में योग्य बच्चों का टीकाकरण किया गया है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि जिन स्कूलों ने अपने विद्यार्थियों के टीकाकरण की स्थिति के बारे में सर्टिफिकेट जमा नहीं करवाया, वह ज़रुरी दस्तावेज़ जल्दी से जल्दी पेश करे बाकी बचे विद्यार्थियों का डाटाबेस तैयार कर कर टीकाकरण की सुविधा के सम्बन्ध में उनके माता- पिता को फ़ोन किये जाएँ जिससे वह ज़िला प्रशासन की तरफ से लगाए जा रहे मोबाइल टीकाकरन कैंपों का लाभ ले सकें।
स्कूलों के प्रतिनिधियों ने प्रशासन को भरोसा दिया कि वह बाकी रहते योग्य विद्यार्थियों के टीकाकरण में तेज़ी लाएगे और कुछ दिनों में सर्टिफिकेट आधिकारियों को सौंपेंगे।
उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि स्कूलों में टीकाकरण की स्थिति की निगरानी करने के लिए डी.ऐफ.ऐस.सी., ज़िला प्रोगराम अफ़सर और कार्यकारी इंजीनियर जल स्पलाई विभाग सहित सीनियर आधिकारियों को नोडल अधिकारियों के तौर पर तैनात किया गया है।
Aussie cricket legend Shane Warne dies at 52
Chandigarh, March 4 (News Hunt)- Australian cricket great Shane Warne has died aged 52.The man known as Warnie who was dreaded by a generation of batters for nearly over 10 years from the 90s, died in Koh Samui, Thailand, of a suspected heart attack, Australian media reported. Warne’s management released the statement of his death on Friday evening IST that he had died.
“Shane was found unresponsive in his villa and despite the best efforts of medical staff, he could not be revived,” read the statement. “The family requests privacy at this time and will provide further details in due course.”
Warne took 708 Test wickets in a stellar career that lasted over 15 years. He is the second most successful bowler in Test cricket after Sri Lanka’s Muttiah Muralitharan, who took 800 wickets. Warne ended his career with 1001 international wickets.This is the second big loss to Australian cricket within 24 hours after Rod Marsh ha died on Friday after suffering a heart attack last week. Warne’s last tweet early on Thursday morning was a tribute to Marsh.

JALANDHAR, MARCH 4 (News Hunt)- There was no bound of joy at Karan’s home when he landed safe and sound at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi on Friday morning along with other Indian students of which eight were from Jalandhar district.
As information of 56 students stranded in Ukraine received at District Control Room setup by the Administration at local Administrative Complex 16 have been returned safely till Friday afternoon.
Karan’s father Gurdip Lal, who is an inspector in Punjab Police at local Commissionerate, while receiving his son said that these are joyous moments not only for them but also for all parents meeting with their wards returning from war hit Ukraine. Student of MBBS third semester at Kharkiv, Karan (22) described about tough circumstances during continuous heavy strikes by the Russian forces. He said that the situation was very worst in the region where they were residing and took a sigh of relief after reaching at borders of neighboring countries of Ukraine. We have reached at Hungary border from where the Indian authorities made their safe return, he added. The Indian officials deputed for evacuation of students ensured all necessary arrangements including food, boarding, lodging etc, which further brought them to New Delhi without any glitch.
Wishing speedy and safe return of other students stranded in Ukraine, Gurdip Lal said that the prompt action of Jalandhar Deputy Commissioner to setup a control room to gather and share this information with the GoI, which further ensured their evacuation.
On arrival of 16 students of Jalandhar district in two phases, Deputy Commissioner Ghanshyam Thori said that of total 56 students 15 had already been reached at Poland border besides six at Hungary border, who were also being brought to New Delhi within a few days. Pertinently, four students of the district were in Romania, one in Germany and three in Slovakia, said Thori adding that seven students had been reached at their homes in district while eight landed at New Delhi and they all were on the way to their homes. Apart from these, one student has arrived at Amritsar whereas seven were still stranded in Kharkiv and Pisochyn and one in Laviv city, he added.
