Stock Market shutdown: BSE and NSE will not trade today for Gurpurab.

The Indian stock market will be closed today on account of Guru Nanak Jayanti. There will be no trading activity on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. “As per the notification updated on the BSE website, trading for BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) and NSE (National Stock Exchange) will remain closed for the day i.e. November 8, 2022.”

Stock Market Holidays for 2022
• There will be no action in the Equity Segment, Equity Derivatives Segment, and SLB Segment today. Meanwhile, trading will also remain suspended in the Currency Derivative Segment and Interest Rate Derivatives segment today.

November 8, 2022, will be the last trading holiday of this year. There have been sixteen trading holidays this year. Meanwhile, trading on the exchanges BSE and NSE will continue as usual on November 9th, 2022.
